This may have been the most important election of our lifetime. Eight years of Republican rule have wiped away budget surpluses, personal prosperity, and peace; leaving us with record deficits, crumbling infrastructure, and a costly war. Environmental regulations have been gutted, and oil companies make record profits while ordinary citizens struggle. Nearly all of us are struggling with shrinking savings and plummeting home values.
We are the Kennett Area Democrats; a group of people, like you, who are concerned about the direction this country has taken and want to see real change. Change from out-of-touch policies, out-of-control spending, and out-of-ideas leadership; change that starts at the local level.
